Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Lancashire

We have an exciting new opportunity for a residential conveyancing solicitor to join a leading Lancashire based law firm, with offices across other locations too.

The firm has strong roots in the North West and an excellent reputation with clients. They have been through an exciting rebrand in recent years and redefined their brand as a progressive, powerhouse law firm with a supportive culture.

The firm are now looking for a residential conveyancing solicitor to join the residential conveyancing team. The team has been through an exciting period of growth and the head of department is now looking for an additional residential conveyancing solicitor to run a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, as well as supporting/mentoring junior fee earners within the team. The caseload will involve sales, purchases, freehold/leasehold, new build, shared equity, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

The team are happy to consider either a solicitor, licensed conveyancer, CILEX qualified or a non-qualified (senior paralegal) with experience running a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
