Senior Associate – Real Estate Portfolio Management, Manchester
Location: UK (Hybrid Working Available)

A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join their Real Estate Portfolio Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a national team supporting a diverse range of clients across commercial real estate matters.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of complex landlord and tenant/asset management matters, predominantly on the landlord side, with some tenant-side work.
• Coordinate instructions and workflow for key client accounts, including triaging and delegating tasks to appropriate team members.
• Supervise junior fee earners on simpler landlord and tenant matters throughout a transaction.
• Take on a line management role for paralegals and trainee solicitors, helping to develop future talent.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong technical expertise and experience in retail asset management.
• A proactive attitude to networking and business development.
• Passion for supervising and mentoring junior team members.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Commercially astute with excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
