Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts Associate – York

The Role:

• Run your own caseload of Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts matters
• Handle high-value estate administration and inheritance tax planning
• Advise on lifetime gifting, trusts, and tax-efficient structures
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to business development initiatives

What You'll Need:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEx with significant Private Client experience
• Ability to run files independently with minimal supervision
• Strong technical knowledge across WPTT matters
• Excellent client care skills
• Ambition to develop your career further
