Senior Real Estate Lawyer required for leading International frim in Manchester to focus on Investment and Corporate Occupier work.

This team and firm  has an outstanding reputation both locally and nationally in the context of real estate, with particular expertise in its core real estate team for investment and landlord and tenant work.

The team seek an experienced commercial real estate lawyer lawyer who can help continue to grow the team and service an exceptional client base. Ideally you will have a strong grounding in real estate gained at a large commercial or regional firm, and have subsequently sought to specialise in investment and asset management focused work.

You will be excited by working on large and complex mandates for a bluechip clients. You will be able to take the lead with clients, while being supported, and also support and mentor the juniors in the team. This opportunity really offers a fast track to significant career progression too, for the right candidate.

You will have experience of delivering large deals and projects for demanding clients and be adept at managing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
