Business Immigration Associate

I'm currently working with a highly regarded national law firm that is continuing to invest in the growth of its specialist Business Immigration team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Immigration Solicitor or Associate (circa 2–6 PQE) to join an established practice advising an impressive portfolio of commercial clients, from fast-growing businesses through to major UK and international organisations.

The team forms part of a nationally recognised Employment practice, giving you access to high-quality work, excellent support and genuine long-term career progression.

The Opportunity

You'll advise clients across the full range of UK business immigration matters, including:

Sponsor licence applications and compliance
Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility visas
Business visitor advice
Visa eligibility assessments
Right to work and illegal working compliance
Corporate transactions with an immigration element
International assignments and global mobility
Employment-related immigration advice
Immigration audits and strategic compliance projects
Client training and business development

The work is varied, commercially focused and often involves working alongside Employment and Corporate colleagues on cross-border matters.

About You

You'll ideally have:

Around 2–6 years' PQE specialising in Business Immigration
Experience advising commercial clients
Excellent technical knowledge of UK immigration law
Strong communication and client management skills
A proactive and organised approach
Ambition to continue developing within a specialist team
