Senior Associate – Business Immigration
I'm currently working with a leading national law firm looking to appoint an experienced Business Immigration Senior Associate to join its expanding specialist team.

This is an opportunity to work with a well-established practice advising household-name businesses, multinational organisations and major UK employers on complex immigration matters with both UK and international elements.

You'll work closely with an experienced Partner while playing an important role in the continued growth of the practice.

The Opportunity
Your work will include:

Strategic business immigration advice
Sponsor licence applications and compliance
Skilled Worker and Global Mobility visas
Complex immigration matters
Corporate transaction support
International mobility programmes
Right to work compliance
Immigration audits
Employment-related immigration advice
Delivering client training
Business development and helping grow the practice

You'll regularly collaborate with colleagues across Employment, Corporate and international offices on cross-border matters.

About You
You'll ideally have:

6+ years' PQE specialising in Business Immigration
Strong commercial client experience
Excellent technical knowledge
Proven client relationship skills
The confidence to mentor junior lawyers where appropriate
An interest in business development and helping shape the future growth of the team
