- This role could sit within the broader based commercial litigation team, or the firm are also interested in those from a finance disputes background for their specialist finance and banking disputes team.
- You will work alongside highly regarded lawyers on sophisticated matters spanning the full spectrum of commercial litigation, gaining exposure to high-value, complex disputes whilst developing your technical skills and commercial acumen.
- Work in the finance dispute resolution sector includes defending repossessions, challenges to security and title defects. There is an impressive client roster that includes high-street banks, building societies, alternative, niche, and challenger lenders and receivers.
Essential:
- NQ to 3 years PQE in Commercial Litigation and/or Finance and Banking disputes
- Strong technical ability and client care skills
- Commercial awareness and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution
- Enthusiasm for business development and client relationship building
- Demonstrable business development experience or interest
