Overview
Our client, an award-winning North East law firm, seeks an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This Tier 1 ranked practice (Legal 500) serves a broad range of national clients on varied and interesting matters from day-to-day legal advice through to complex litigation projects.
The Role
The successful candidate will handle a full range of dispute resolution matters including commercial litigation across multiple sectors. Experience in contentious construction, probate, procurement, intellectual property, IT, data and reputation management would be advantageous.
Requirements

5+ years PQE in dispute resolution
Strong technical ability and commercial litigation experience
Excellent client management and people skills
Team player with business development focus
Proactive approach to creating practical client solutions
