A well-established Yorkshire law firm with over 250 members of staff is opening a brand new office in Darlington and is looking for experienced Residential Conveyancers to join the team and help grow the practice from the ground up.

The Role

You'll be handling a full range of Residential Conveyancing work including:

• Sales
• Purchases
• Remortgages
• Full spectrum of Residential Conveyancing matters

The Conveyancing department is incredibly busy, so there's plenty of work to come into. The firm currently receives a lot of work from a referrer in South Shields, so there's a solid pipeline already in place. That said, if you have strong local connections and introducers in the Darlington/North East region, that would be very much welcomed as you help to build and grow the office.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Residential Conveyancers (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or equivalent)
• Strong technical ability across sales, purchases, remortgages, and general Residential Conveyancing
• Someone who relishes the opportunity to help build and grow a practice
• Ideally with regional connections and introducers, but not essential
• A team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment
