Construction Paralegal – Newcastle

We have an exciting opportunity for a paralegal to join a leading national law firm in their construction and real estate team in Newcastle.

The firm priorities the training and development of paralegals and have an excellent structure in place to support this. As part of this paralegal role, the successful paralegal will also be working closely/mentored by senior solicitors within the firm, all of whom have excellent experience with construction and real estate.

The role will involve assisting solicitors on construction and real estate matters, including clients in the residential development sector such as private developers as well as corporate clients, construction professionals and contractors and clients in the energy and infrastructure sector. There will also be lots of opportunities to have direct contact with these clients and to also handle some of your own matters with supervision.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an aspiring paralegal or a paralegal with experience already in this sector, to join a team who provide excellent longer term career opportunities, including the option to potentially qualify as a solicitor at a later date. Genuine examples of paralegals who have gone on to secure training contracts or to qualify via the CILEX route can be provided.
