Experienced Conveyancer - Sunderland
Established Regional Law Firm - Exciting Riverside Relocation

A well-regarded regional law firm in Sunderland is seeking an Experienced Conveyancer to join their growing team as they prepare for an exciting move to modern riverside offices towards the end of 2025.

The Role
We are looking for a skilled conveyancer to handle a diverse caseload including:

Residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold properties)
Buy-to-let transactions
Auction work
Full range of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive team while enjoying variety in your caseload, from straightforward residential moves to more complex investment and auction properties.

What We're Looking For

Experienced conveyancer with a proven track record
Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes
Ideally experienced in buy-to-let and auction work (though not essential)
Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently
Excellent client care skills
Professional qualification (Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or CILEx)
