Real Estate Finance Lawyer or Paralegal 1 - 5 Years PQE
The Role
We are seeking individuals with 1- 5 years PQE to join an award-winning real estate team. Experience required in:

Property finance / development finance
Ideally (but not essential) some Development work (commercial and residential) and;
Landlord and tenant

What We're Looking For
Someone with experience in property matters including development, acquisitions, disposals, and commercial landlord/tenant work would be ideal. Specific experience acting for lenders and borrowers on funding transactions is essential.
You should be a proactive self-starter with strong technical ability, excellent client service skills, and good commercial awareness. You could be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or paralegal.
Location
North East/Newcastle based with agile working policy - work 2-3 days per week from anywhere depending on business needs.
