Conveyancing Assistant

Harrogate - Salary up to £26k

Think Legal Recruitment are working with a small regional West/North Yorkshire law firm who are looking to hire an experienced conveyancing assistant into their office in Harrogate.

The firm is multi office and multi service. Residential property is one of the core areas of law they specialise in.

This is NOT a high volume environment. New instructions are capped monthly so that fee earners and assistants are not overwhelmed with work and can do a high quality job on every matter they work on.

This is a hands on role and the right person must have at least 12-24 months experience of assisting a fee on both sale and purchase transactions and know there way through a conveyancing transaction from start to finish.

The firm has an excellent culture and there is clear progression over time for talented legal assistants to move through the ranks. The firm encourage internal junior lawyers to really grow here and there a number of examples of assistants being supported and making their way up through the ranks to being qualified lawyers.

Salary is competitive for the Harrogate market and the firm will pay up to £26k for an experience assistant + benefits.
