The Role

• Working on a broad range of corporate transactions, with a focus on M&A and private equity.

• Supporting senior colleagues on larger matters while running smaller deals with autonomy.

• Building relationships with clients and becoming an active part of the Manchester corporate market.

• Involvement in business development, networking, and client engagement from the outset.

About You

• Qualified solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE in corporate work.
