Corporate Solicitor – NQ-2 PQE

We are working with a well-established regional law firm in Manchester City Centre who are looking to recruit an ambitious Corporate Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop their career in corporate work, working alongside experienced lawyers on a varied and high-quality caseload.

You will be involved in a broad range of corporate transactions, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions

• Private equity and investment work

• Joint ventures and restructuring projects

• General corporate advisory matters

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) with strong training in corporate work

• A solid academic background 

• Confident communicator with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
