Day-to-day, you'll be:

Advising on administrations, liquidations, and receiverships while handling both the contentious battles and strategic advisory work. Think drafting complex applications, representing clients in court, and providing tactical advice to office holders on distressed property deals.

The firm specializes in financial services and real estate, so you'll see everything from bridging finance disputes to hotel administrations and residential portfolio recoveries.

What they need:

• 1+ years PQE in business recovery & insolvency
• Solid grounding in both contentious and non-contentious matters
• Strong technical skills – drafting, research, and case management
• Commercial awareness and the ability to think strategically
