The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established regional law firm with an excellent reputation in the North West, is seeking a Corporate Solicitor (NQ) to join their growing and supportive corporate team based in Manchester city centre.

The Role

You’ll work closely with experienced partners and senior solicitors, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of corporate matters. The role will include:

• Assisting on larger M&A transactions

• Managing smaller transactions under supervision

• Advising on restructures, investments, and joint ventures

• Drafting and negotiating shareholder, LLP and partnership agreements

• Providing general company law and governance advice

You’ll also have opportunities to work closely with clients, contribute to team business development initiatives

About You

We’re looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual who:

• Is newly qualified or has up to 1 years’ PQE in corporate law

• Has a genuine interest in developing technical and commercial skills

• Works well collaboratively within a team environment

• Enjoys building strong client relationships

• Is ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress
