This job presents an excellent opportunity for a senior employment lawyer wanting to make a first move towards in-house. This is a niche employment consultancy which operates like an in-house employment and ER advisory service, leading the way with their training, tribunal representation and high quality employment law and investigations work. 

Everybody who works for this company works from home, with some travel to clients and tribunals across the UK (which might include some overnight stays) and a catch up with colleagues every few months. In this varied role, you will take responsibility for some complex tribunal work, be dedicated to certain client accounts, and support with business development. 

You will be confident in providing employment law support to HR professionals and other clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, and representing clients in Employment Tribunal. 

You will likely bring 5 years or more of good quality employment law experience from a law firm or in-house background to be considered for this opportunity. Candidates who are used to advising HR teams and legal teams closely at large organisations and offering clear commercially minded advice are particularly encouraged to apply. 

This is an organisation with a seriously impressive client list by any standards, and certainly for a team which is circa 20 strong. Mid and top tier trained candidates would probably be the best fit in terms of client fit.
