We are seeking an experienced Senior Employment Lawyer to join a leading UK employment law and HR consultancy practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled advocate to take on a varied caseload whilst enjoying the flexibility of remote working.

About the Role

As a Senior Employment Lawyer, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing tribunal cases for trial,
• Conducting advocacy at employment tribunal hearings across the UK
• Managing a varied caseload of employment law matters independently
• Providing strategic legal advice to the wider team

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or suitable qualification with 5+ years PQE in employment law
• Proven experience in employment tribunal advocacy
• Strong case preparation and legal drafting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage own caseload
• Willingness to travel nationwide for hearings
