An Employment Solicitor or Barrister, or an experienced ER HR professional is required for an opportunity at a medium sized employment and HR advisory organisation which now offers fully remote working. They operate a national service and as long as there are good travel links and you are happy to work remotely (and to travel when required to client offices, and getting together with the team for training days) then you can work from a mix of home, serviced offices and/or client offices.

This is an excellent and quite unique opportunity - it will involve designing and delivering training programmes for client managers and HR teams through a mix of in-person and virtual events. You may come with lots of training experience already, or simply have a passion for this part of your employment law workload - if you have really good training delivery skills and an engaging and creative personality, this could be a good way to express yourself and be an important part of this company's growth. 

You should bring 4 years or more of good quality employment law experience from a law firm or in-house background to be considered for this opportunity. Full time and part time working patterns are available.
