Employment Solicitor | 4+ PQE
Leeds | Tier 1 Employment Team | Outstanding Culture & Progression
Think Legal Recruitment is working with one of the North’s most highly regarded law firms on the growth of its Employment team in Leeds.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a Tier 1 Legal 500 ranked employment practice that combines top-quality work with one of the best cultures in the market.

The Leeds employment team remains relatively small, giving the successful lawyer the opportunity to make a visible impact, build strong internal relationships and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the office.
At the same time, you’ll be backed by an established wider Northern employment practice of more than 30 specialist lawyers, meaning excellent support, resources and cross-office collaboration from day one.
The work itself is broad, high quality and genuinely interesting, including:
• Employment Tribunal litigation
• Advisory support on day-to-day HR and employment issues
• Drafting contracts, policies and settlement agreements
• Redundancy, restructuring and TUPE matters
• Corporate support work
• Strategic and commercially focused advisory projects
Clients span a wide range of sectors and the team is known for delivering pragmatic, commercially astute advice while maintaining strong long-term relationships.
The firm is also recognised nationally for its culture and values. It is a certified B Corp, has won multiple awards for innovation, diversity and workplace culture, and is consistently recognised as one of the UK’s best large employers within the legal sector.

The opportunity would suit an Employment Solicitor with around 4 years’ PQE or above who is looking for:
