I’m working with a leading, top-tier commercial firm that is looking to appoint a junior Employment Solicitor (2–4 PQE) into its highly regarded Leeds team. This is a standout opportunity to join a genuinely well-run, supportive practice that continues to grow off the back of sustained client demand and wider changes in employment law.
The Role
You’ll be advising a strong and varied respondent client base on a mix of contentious and advisory employment matters. The work is broad, interesting, and commercially focused — spanning everything from day-to-day HR advisory through to complex tribunal litigation.
Clients range from large global corporates (including household-name retailers, telecoms providers, logistics businesses, and major consumer brands) through to insurers and public sector organisations. There’s also real scope to carve out a sector specialism over time if that’s something you’re keen on.
