Corporate Lawyer/Senior Manager 5+ PQE, Leeds - Global Professional Services Firm 

Think Legal are working with a global professional services firm, looking to enhance its corporate offering in Leeds city centre as part of a continued growth strategy for the firms' wider national corporate team. 

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious experienced corporate lawyer within an organisation that takes a much broader and consultative approach than the traditional law firm model.

The nature of the work on offer in this corporate role will be varied, working with global clients across a range of sectors on M&A and reorganisation work.  Unlike in private practice where you would tend to bounce from deal to deal, this role would require a collaborative approach with clients on a range of matters, acting as a corporate advisor.

Whilst the organisation has an excellent brand and reputation, an existing corporate team and client base, they still have ambition to grow.  If you are an experienced corporate lawyer looking for a challenge in a growing team with huge opportunity, this can offer real depth and growth.
