We're on the look-out for an ambitious restructuring lawyer to join a top-tier national team in Manchester. 

What you'll be doing:

• Advising IPs on appointments and pre-pack sales
• Managing complex distressed workouts and stakeholder negotiations
• Getting hands-on with contentious matters and asset recovery
• Building your profile as a go-to restructuring advisor

What we need:

• Solid restructuring experience at middle/senior level
• Ambition to drive business development
• Confidence in the boardroom and with difficult stakeholders
• Leadership skills to mentor junior lawyers
