Having been in business for 8 years now and survived a pandemic, cost of living crisis and who know what else, we have been fortunate to grow modestly and organically. The ambition to grow remains but we want to do so responsibly and effectively and attract the right kind of person. 

People who have experience in professional services recruitment would be preferred but we will always try to be open minded - we have seen great success in candidates coming from a legal background who have transitioned into recruitment. One of our directors did so fuelled by the desire to use the credibility and understanding gained in working as a lawyer to better understand the needs of candidates.
