Private Client Director – York

I'm working with a really well-regarded northern firm who are looking for an experienced Private Client lawyer to join them as a Director in York.

This is a genuine opportunity to make your mark. The practice has built an excellent reputation through client recommendations and quality work, and they're now looking for someone to help take things to the next level. You'll be joining two other senior lawyers in the department with a clear mandate to grow the team and develop the offering further.

The work itself covers the full spectrum of private client matters – wills, probate, LPAs, Court of Protection, and trusts. The client base is pleasingly varied too, from individuals who've been recommended by existing clients through to high net worth families dealing with complex estate planning.

Day to day, you'll be fee earning alongside managing and mentoring the junior members of the team. There's genuine autonomy here – they're looking for someone who can make decisions and run with things, not someone who needs sign-off at every turn.
