Think Legal Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly regarded law firm in Newcastle who are expanding their Private Client department. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join a busy, high-performing team with clear progression to senior level.

The Role

You'll be managing your own diverse caseload of private client matters, working directly with the Head of Department. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Providing expert advice on Wills, trusts, LPAs, estate planning and tax planning
• Administering estates and trusts, including lifetime and death trusts with full HMRC compliance
• Drafting Wills, LPAs, trust deeds and all probate documentation
• Building and developing your own network of professional introducers
• Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and paralegals

What You'll Need

• 5+ years PQE in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, trusts, probate and estate planning
• STEP qualification desirable
• Experience with rural/farming succession planning would be advantageous
• A genuine interest in business development and client relationship building
