Private Client Solicitor – West and South Yorkshire (5+ PQE)
The Opportunity
I'm working with a well-established and award-winning Yorkshire law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team across their West and South Yorkshire offices.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident fee earner who thrives on managing a substantial and varied caseload whilst maintaining exceptional client care standards.
The Role
You'll be handling a broad range of private client matters with a particular emphasis on complex and taxable estates and trust work, alongside Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident fee earner who thrives on managing a substantial and varied caseload whilst maintaining exceptional client care standards.
The Role
You'll be handling a broad range of private client matters with a particular emphasis on complex and taxable estates and trust work, alongside Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
This is a role that offers genuine variety and the chance to work on high-quality, intellectually challenging matters.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Running your own busy caseload independently from start to finish
- Advising clients on complex and taxable estates, including inheritance tax planning
- Drafting and administering trusts
- Preparing Wills and providing estate planning advice
- Drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Managing estate administration, including high value and complex estates
- Building strong, lasting client relationships
- Collaborating with colleagues across both offices
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in Private Client work
- STEP qualified or working towards (desirable)
- Demonstrable experience managing a substantial and varied caseload autonomously
- Strong technical knowledge of complex and taxable estates and trust work
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communicator with a genuine client-focused approach
