A leading UK200-listed commercial law firm based in Manchester city centre is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded team. The firm advises businesses, private owners and high-net-worth individuals, and holds strong rankings in Chambers UK and Legal 500.

THE ROLE

You will join a specialist property litigation team advising national and international clients on a wide range of property disputes. You can expect a varied and stimulating caseload covering:

Commercial property and mixed-use scheme disputes
Landlord and tenant matters — rent arrears, break notices, forfeiture and lease renewals
Service charge disputes and dilapidations claims
Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
Insolvency-related property issues and breaches of contract
Professional negligence claims
Possession of land, trespass and unlawful occupation
Party wall, overage and coverage disputes
Repossessions

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a confident and commercially minded property litigator who can hit the ground running. The successful candidate will have:

6 years' plus PQE in property litigation
Strong experience across commercial property disputes and landlord and tenant work
Sound knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
The ability to manage a varied caseload autonomously
Excellent client relationship and communication skills
A collaborative, team-oriented approach
