The Role
Based in Manchester, you will work with a dynamic team of partners and associates on both regional and national matters. This role provides genuine opportunities for professional development, with the aim of running your own transactions under appropriate supervision, as well as contributing to larger, complex team matters.
You will gain exposure to the full spectrum of Real Estate work, including:
- Development and regeneration projects
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Asset management
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Investment transactions
- Corporate real estate
- Due diligence reporting on corporate acquisitions
About You
Essential:
- Newly qualified to 2 years PQE (or equivalent experience) in commercial real estate
- Experience gained within a quality regional or City law firm
- Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset
- Excellent time and matter management skills
- Ability to work systematically and flexibly with multiple partners and team members
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus
- Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships
