Real Estate Finance & Investment Lawyer – Newcastle
Associate- 4 years + PQE
Salary: £62,000 - £80,000 Dependant on Experience
A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer/Associate to join their Real Estate Finance and Investment team in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice that works with an impressive portfolio of regional and national investors, developers, landowners, funders, and public sector clients.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a busy and supportive Finance and Investment team, working on diverse commercial real estate finance matters. This is a growth role created to support an exceptionally busy practice and working closely with a Managing Associate.
The Ideal Candidate
The firm is looking for a qualified lawyer with around 4+ years PQE at Associate level, ideally with demonstrable experience in real estate finance and investment work. This could have been gained either through specialised finance and investment practice or within a broader-based real estate role. Candidates from a core real estate background looking to transfer into finance and investment will also be considered.
The right person will have worked in a similar large commercial firm environment with good exposure to real estate clients.
