Real Estate Investment Solicitor (0-2 years PQE) - Manchester/Liverpool

Collegiate and progressive commercial firm in Manchester seeks to expand its burgeoning real estate team with the addition of a real estate lawyer, ideally to focus on investment and asset management work at the 0-2 level in Manchester or Liverpool.

This team has gone from strength to strength in recent years and has an excellent pedigree with the North West market and beyond with an impressive list of clients.

Specifically on the investment side, the team continues to buck the trend and experience increases in work volume and market share and is well set up for 2023 and beyond. 

You do not have to have previously undertaken specifically real estate investment or asset management work, but you should have a clear interest in general commercial real estate work and a clear understanding as to the sort of real estate issues that will be important to the client base of a commercial firm in Manchester.

You will undertake a broad array of work including real estate investment, asset management and general commercial real estate in order to gain a breadth of experience. You will have a real estate background but a thirst for developing further and be seeking a high reputable and established real estate team in a firm with a collegiate feel.
