Real Estate Lawyer - Clean Energy and Infrastructure - Manchester plus national remote working
We are working with a large international firm with a high profile reputation within the growing Clean Energy Sector as it looking to grow its Real Estate Energy team in Manchester and across its national network.
This firm has an exceptional and long standing reputation in this burgeoning area of the legal sector and is particular strong in relation to wind (on and offshore), solar, hydro and nuclear transactions in the energy sphere. It has been at the forefront of innovative deals within this crucially important and growing sector over the last few years and has an enviable client list and pipeline of work.
The team work collaboratively and across different disciplines on a national basis and can therefore house lawyers across their network of offices. They are also very open to remote working propositions and have many lawyers who continue to work entirely remotely.
The Energy and Infrastructure team includes lawyers from different disciplines including real estate, corporate, banking, planning, construction and commercial lawyers working on huge projects in a collaborative way to provide clients with a joined up service, regardless of the type of legal advice required.
In this context, there is currently a particular requirement for real estate lawyers in this space across their national network.
There is not a specific requirement for real estate lawyers to have bespoke experience in this niche field, more a real interest in it and a passion for developing a career in this interesting and rewarding space. They are open to hearing from real estate lawyers who have a real passion for sustainability and are looking to use their legal career to make a difference.
This is a chance to be part of a team at the forefront of the sustainability agenda at an exciting time for the clean energy sector as we navigate our path towards net zero carbon emissions. You will be a passionate advocate for change but importantly making a tangible difference as a result of your career choices.
If you are a real estate lawyer interested in this sector, we would be delighted to chat these opportunities through with you.
