Real Estate Principal Associate required for leading real estate team in Manchester.

Ideally you'll be a Real Estate Principal Associate or a senior associate with a good  level of residential and commercial development expertise in commercial real estate to be considered for this role.

This prestigious law firm has an excellent profile, across the U.K. and particularly in the regions and is known for being run as a strong business, with deep links to clients and a forward thinking and commercial approach.

They are seeking to grow their real estate offering in Manchester, ideally by appointing someone at Principal Associate level to help drive the practice forward in Manchester with the rest of the senior leadership team. To this end, profile and knowledge of commercial and residential real estate, investment and development work is important but a following is not required.

This team already has an excellent profile and client base locally.

You'll be at or near Principal Associate level and be seeking a new challenge offering career development opportunities. You'll have a track record of working across a broad range of commercial real estate transactions and an interest in driving forward an already burgeoning practice which operates nationally. You'll be adept at managing and supervising talented lawyers and have an interest in nurturing talent.

Given the profile of the real estate team across the regions there will be excellent support and a plethora of clients in this sector to tap into and develop further business, whilst helping to manage, mentor and supervise a leading team.

This is a team that are able to offer a clear route through to Partnership for the right candidate with access to leading clients in a team with a fantastic local reputation.
