The role
- Manage your own caseload across commercial property and charity and education real estate transactions
- Work closely with specialists across the wider firm, including the nationally top-rated charity practice
- Attend to clients, contribute to team meetings and business development activity
- Operate with autonomy on straightforward matters, with support available from senior colleagues
- A qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with property experience
- Commercial property experience is essential; charity or public sector real estate experience is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, organisation, and client-handling skills
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with the drive to take ownership of your work
- Holiday - 28 days + bank holidays
- Life assurance - 4x salary
- PMI, pension, profit share
