Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor
PQE: 2-4 years

The Role
Our client, a leading North East law firm, is seeking a Solicitor with 2-4 years' experience in insolvency and restructuring work to join their Banking and Restructuring team. You could be based in wither Newcastle or Teesside and Hybrid working is available.
The successful candidate will contribute to and develop the restructuring and insolvency aspects of the practice, which acts for insolvency practitioners, creditors, investors, employees and lenders to address both short-term and more chronic trading difficulties. The work includes advising on disputes, restructures and reorganisations, buying and selling struggling businesses, and creating investment opportunities.
Experience across both contentious and non-contentious practice areas will be considered.
