Our client, a well-established and respected law firm in Newcastle, is seeking a talented Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding team due to continued growth and success.

The Role
You'll be joining a busy Corporate department handling a diverse and engaging caseload including:

Private and public M&A transactions
Venture capital and private equity fundraisings
Joint ventures and corporate restructuring
Corporate governance and compliance matters
Capital markets transactions

The firm works across multiple sectors with particular strength in:

Leisure and hospitality
Construction and engineering
Healthcare
Technology
Media and entertainment

This breadth of work means you'll gain exposure to fascinating clients and challenging, high-quality matters that will genuinely develop your skillset.

What They're Looking For
They're open-minded about PQE level and will consider solicitors from NQ through to 6/7 + years PQE – what matters most is your enthusiasm for corporate work, your technical ability, and your fit with their collaborative culture.

Salary:

Negotiable based on experience
