Brain Injury Lawyer – Very Low Volume Caseload

Think Legal are working with a boutique brain injury practice who are looking to hire Grade A claimant brain injury lawyers to grow their expanding team.

The firm only do high value brain injury cases. Fee Earners carry no more 5-6 files at any one time, that are predominantly valued at over £1 million as a minimum. This allows fee earners to devote proper time, care and attention to dealing with these matters in the right way for clients who are usually in incredibly delicate situations. 

As a Grade A Fee Earner you will have some support but with an expectancy of being able to be self sufficient too. The firm do not use Counsel so the lawyers run matters themselves. 

Carrying a lower number of cases means more time working on files properly and being able to settle matters quicker than the norm whilst still doing an excellent job. 

The firm is led by experienced highly regarded serious injury lawyers and a GP. The work comes in through various charities, personal referrals, hospitals and word of mouth.

There is a competitive salary circa £70k depending on level experience and other benefits.
