Corporate Associate upwards - Manchester

This highly regarded firm is looking to expand it’s corporate team with an additional hire into the Manchester office.   This may be a candidate with upwards of 3 years' PQE or a Senior Associate upwards – there is flexibility there on level for the right candidate who presents the requisite experience and is a good culture fit for the team.  

This highly popular firm has an exceptional offering in corporate work. They have clients across a breadth of sectors, handling excellent quality M&A and private equity work.  Despite being a large firm, the Manchester team has maintained an excellent culture, handling big ticket corporate M&A and private equity transactions.  The team are busy and showing no signs of slowing down, with deal flow strong.

Due to growth, they are now keen to recruit an ambitious, hungry Senior Associate (or upwards) into the Manchester team.  You will be upwards of 3 years’ PQE, but there is scope for hiring Senior Associate level upwards for a candidate with the right background looking for progression.  They key is finding a candidate who has the energy and enthusiasm to work in a busy and ambitious team.  

Private equity work is at the core of the team, so exposure would be beneficial  - but equally a candidate with an M&A background and interest in handling both private equity and M&A will definitely be strongly considered.  Partners in the team are also eager to engage all members of the team into business development activities, enabling them to build their own networks from an early stage.
