A leading Commercial Dispute Resolution team in Sheffield is looking for a senior lawyer to join them as they continue their impressive growth.

The Work
A broad and varied caseload of complex, high-value disputes, including:
- Shareholder, partnership, and trust disputes
- Commercial contract and warranty claims
- Professional negligence cases
- Restrictive covenant enforcement
- Fraud and misrepresentation
- Injunctive relief, including freezing orders
- Contentious insolvency and enforcement
- Reputational management, including defamation
