Sheffield | Hybrid Working
I’m currently working with a leading Sheffield practice looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor into a growing and well-established team.
This is a genuinely interesting opportunity for someone wanting exposure to high quality private client work without feeling like just another number in a huge national team.
The department advises a broad range of HNW and UHNW individuals, business owners, agricultural clients and multi-generational families on complex estate and succession planning matters.
The quality of work is a real standout. Alongside the usual wills, trusts and estate administration matters, the team is involved in high-value estates, cross-border work, agricultural succession planning and more technically complex private client matters.
There’s strong expertise within the team already, including lawyers with extensive experience handling international estates, multi-jurisdictional assets and specialist agricultural matters.
From a cultural perspective, this firm seems to get the balance right. They invest heavily in their people, encourage lawyers to develop their own profile and are genuinely keen to promote from within rather than constantly hiring over people externally.
The Sheffield office itself is modern, central and set up properly for hybrid working rather than it being an afterthought.
