An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious commercial litigator to join a dynamic and expanding team in Leeds. Our client, a highly respected independent law firm with over 200 years of history, is looking for a recently qualified solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to become part of their thriving Commercial Litigation practice.

The Role

You'll be joining an experienced Commercial Litigation team that handles complex, high-value disputes for a diverse range of UK-based organisations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad exposure and develop your expertise across various areas of commercial litigation.

The work includes:

Contractual disputes
Professional negligence claims
Financial services litigation
Shareholder and warranty disputes
Pensions disputes
Strategic advisory work for corporate and private clients

Working alongside leading partners in a friendly and supportive environment, you'll be involved in challenging cases from the outset, with genuine opportunities to develop your skills and take on increasing responsibility.

Recently qualified solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) with experience in commercial litigation
Strong technical ability with enthusiasm for contentious work
