Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years PQE in commercial litigation
• Experience handling complex disputes including contract, shareholder, IP, and insolvency matters
• Proven ability to manage own caseload independently
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills

• Excellent academic credentials
