Small but highly ranked Leeds team (Chambers-rated) led by an experienced Director. Work closely with mid-level associate and trainee, plus integrated teams across Manchester, Birmingham, and London offices.

The Role
- Handle diverse commercial contracts across multiple industry sectors
- Provide M&A transaction support to Corporate teams
- Advise on IP protection, consumer law, and data protection matters
- Work with clients ranging from fast-growing UK companies to multinationals
- Collaborate with colleagues across UK offices and globally
Essential:
- 6+ years PQE in commercial contracts
- Extensive M&A corporate support experience
- Strong data privacy knowledge in commercial contexts
- Technical excellence with leadership capabilities
- Consumer law advisory experience
- Technology contracts expertise
