The Role

Handle diverse commercial contracts across multiple industry sectors
Provide M&A transaction support to Corporate teams
Advise on IP protection, consumer law, and data protection matters
Work with clients ranging from fast-growing UK companies to multinationals
Collaborate with colleagues across UK offices and globally

What We're Looking For
Essential:

6+ years PQE in commercial contracts
Extensive M&A corporate support experience
Strong data privacy knowledge in commercial contexts
Technical excellence with leadership capabilities

Desirable:

Consumer law advisory experience
Technology contracts expertise

The Team
Small but highly ranked Leeds team (Chambers-rated) led by an experienced Director. Work closely with mid-level associate and trainee, plus integrated teams across Manchester, Birmingham, and London offices.
