Are you an experienced Contentious Probate specialist looking to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded Yorkshire law firm with a well-established and growing private wealth disputes team.

The Role:

Joining a recognised team, you will handle a broad Contentious Probate caseload, advising a broad range of clients including HNW and cross border individuals and families on Will, trust, and estate disputes. 

You'll take ownership of cases, support on complex matters, and play a key role in the team’s ongoing growth and success.

They’re Looking For:
-5+ PQE with experience in Contentious Probate
-Strong technical knowledge and client management skills
-Excellent communication, empathy, and sensitivity
-ACTAPS qualification (advantageous but not essential)

For the right candidate the firm will look at Legal Director level.
