Corporate Senior Associate to Legal Director - Manchester

We are recruiting a Corporate Senior role for a highly regarded regional commercial firm in Manchester City Centre. A firm with a fantastic message to share and incredible scope for growth.

This well known solid regional firm has longevity in the North West, and an excellent client base.  Clients are typically SME clients (but absolutely note exclusively and the profile of clients continues to expand), but provide excellent quality work and transactions of a high level of complexity and deal value.  The corporate team focus on M&A, but some Private Equity work and clients across a range of sectors, including retail, sport and leisure.

The corporate team are continuing to do extremely well and looking now for a Corporate Senior Associate or Legal Director (for the right person a junior partner appointment) to join the city centre office.  The team is well structured but eager for a strong technical lawyer to sit in between existing partners and juniors. Ideally someone with around 5-10 years' PQE, to able to lead on transactions and provide support to juniors in the team and get involved in the client and business development side. 

The firm can offer a great level of responsibility and deal exposure, as well as the opportunity to work closely with the lead partners.  Long term prospects and progression opportunity to partner is also excellent.
