Senior Financial Services Crime and Compliance Specialist sought by leading commercial firm with a first-rate reputation in the Financial Services sector.
This firm is a full service large commercial law firm with strength in depth across a range of practice areas.
An area of particular focus for the firm is financial services, both contentious and non-contentious. On the more contentious side, this spans both financial services regulatory work as well as an investigations and litigation and recoveries practice.
They are a leading player in the sector, particular in the context of retail and corporate banking and are on all the major banking panels. Given this strength in depth and expertise, they seek to make a strategic play in the sector, using their existing client relationships and reputation within the industry, to add a senior Financial Crime and Compliance Partner to this leading team.
Ideally you will be a specialist in this field, well versed in advising financial institutions in relation to Compliance with an ever more complicated FCA regulatory landscape. You will have exceptional existing client relationships, and a name in this niche space. You will be focused on advising institutions as opposed to individuals, and be keen to harness this huge platform to grow and develop a practice in your own image.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a specialist financial crime and compliance lawyer to be responsible for developing a new offering, while having access to all available existing bank panel relationships in a firm that is truly well regarded in this burgeoning field.
