Plot Sales Paralegal – Manchester

An established and highly respected commercial property team in Manchester is looking to recruit an experienced paralegal. The position will focus predominantly on plot sales work, acting on behalf of small and medium-sized developers.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to work within one of the region’s largest and most highly regarded real estate teams. The role offers exposure to a broad range of property transactions, working closely with qualified fee earners and a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with and undertaking plot sales transactions

• Supporting fee earners across the commercial property team

• Liaising with clients and third parties as required

• Managing documentation and case administration efficiently

• Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all work produced

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience acting for developers and handling conveyancing matters

• Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload effectively

• A strong team player with a collaborative approach

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
