I'm working with a highly regarded commercial law firm looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE) into its established Newcastle team.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, well-supported department where you'll work closely with experienced lawyers on a broad range of matters including:

• Wills and succession planning
• Estate administration and probate
• Inheritance tax planning
• Trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection work
• Advising business owners and high-net-worth clients

This isn't a volume private client role. The team acts for an impressive client base and is known for providing high-quality, relationship-led advice.

What they're looking for

• NQ–5 years' PQE in Private Client
• Experience across one or more core private client disciplines
• STEP qualified or working towards qualification would be advantageous
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and an ambition to continue developing your career
