Real Estate Litigation Legal Director - Manchester

You will be a real estate litigator ideally with 7 years plus PQE for this role.
This international firm is a leading law firm in Manchester with an exceptionally strong profile across the board in this city after recent years of growth. This is a role leading the Real Estate Litigation team in Manchester and offers a clear pathway to Partnership in the short term.

The real estate litigation team has a national profile and reputation for providing technical and commercial insight as well as first rate pastoral care. The team undertake a variety of work including plenty of stand alone real estate litigation.

An opportunity to join this team has arisen for an experienced real estate litigator at 7 years plus experience. The firm are looking for someone who enjoys black letter law, problem solving, working closely with clients and are enthusiastic about generating new business and cross-selling. Someone who can lead a team the team and is ambitious about progressing to Partnership is also desired. You will benefit from a strong collegiate culture and excellent broader working environment.

The team are interested in hearing from anyone with the right level of experience and who has the ability to lead and grow a stand alone property litigation function. You will have a solid property litigation background and ideally plenty of exposure to  stand alone real estate litigation work as well as a passion for this area of law and supervising and leading more junior lawyers.

Clients include regional and national heavyweights across a variety of sectors where the team provide cutting edge specialist advice. This is a rare opportunity to join a stand out team working closely with a leading real estate team in Manchester.

There will also be significant support from a national property litigation team based in other offices across the UK.
